Spinach ‘Beet Perpetual’

Perfect for baby leaves and full-size leaves, this makes an excellent continuous-harvest vegetable.  Not a true spinach but is actually a variety of silverbeet resistant to downy mildew and slow to bolt.  It has smaller, thinner leaves similar to spinach and is easier and longer growing than true spinach, so it makes a great alternative.
