Salvia Apiana is native to Central- and South America and is used for food and therapeutic purposes around the globe. Known for it’s antibacterial properties, it is often used to create ‘smudge sticks’ for cleaning areas, homes, and holy sites. It can also be used to make teas.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy or lactation, as it may reduce milk production.
