Sprouting: 10-21 days.
Endemic to Queensland and deciduous in cooler climates. A very hardy, small to medium sized tree to 15m. Small, yellow, bell-shaped flower clusters followed by seed capsules which contain many large seeds.
Prefers a medium to heavy soil but also adapts well to a variety of soils in an open sunny position. Drought and frost tolerant but may be smaller in these climates.
