Family: Casuarinaceae.
Sprouting: 14-40 days.
Tree to 20m with rough bark and fine leaves found from QLD to southern Australia. Windbreaker, salt tolerant, highly frost tolerant. Often produces suckers. Will grow in wet and difficult areas for soil stabilisation.
