Sprouting: Germination will take a few weeks. 

Shrub to 4 m high. Leaves sharp tipped. and alternate up the stems, 8–14 cm long, 5–12 mm wide.  Individual flowers with 5 petals. Flower spikes are red, 90–100 mm long, and around 50 mm in diameter. Flowers Spring to Summer.

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established by the Threatened Species Conservation Act, has made a Final Determination to list Callistemon linearifolius  DC., a shrub, as a VULNERABLE SPECIES on Schedule 2 of the Act. Listing of vulnerable species is provided for by Part 2 of the Act.  

The seeds we are supplying here were purchased from a trusted supplier in the West and not from any vulnerable sites that we are aware of.  Growing these seeds may help to ensure the long-term preservation of this species in Australia for generations to come.
