Cymbopogon Flexuosus     'Lemongrass' 

Sprouting: 30-42 days. 

Harvest: every 3-4 months. 

Chakra: Throat 

Plants grow in clumps that can be divided to make more plants once established.  Commonly used in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Leaves can also be used to make tea and potpourri.  Source of lemongrass oil.
