Okahijiki ‘Saltwort/Land Seaweed’

Does very well in warm weather. Excellent for pots. Native to Japan. Often found in coastal marshes in Japan, China and Korea. It has a crisp salty flavour when young and tender. With succulent leaves and stems, it is usually used with sushi or as a garnish.
