Eggplant ‘Market Supreme’

Harvest: 90-110 days.

Chakra: Ajna.

Can be sown indoors up to 8 weeks before transplanting to final position. Picking regularly encourages more healthy production. Eggplant is nutritious, low in fat, calories, and sodium, high in fibre, and provides potassium, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin A. Can be grilled, stuffed, roasted, served in soups and stews and on kabobs, and used in curries and stir-fries.
