Zucchini’s are great for all kinds of dishes from steaming through to stir-fry’s.  This is a high-yielding variety that produces dark green fruits on a compact plant.

Can be used grated, sliced, or whole and steamed, fried, boiled, roasted or eaten raw. The flowers are also edible and can be used in salads for loads of colour, or deliciously stuffed, battered, and fried.
